Adrian has almost 10 years of experience in digital advertising, business consultancy, online channel, omni-channel and e-commerce, SaaS, business development and software products.
With an Informatics background, licensed in “Search Engine Marketing for Businesses” and a Master’s Degree in “Business and Marketing Sides in Software Development” Adrian in an “exact sciences” kind of person, both professionally and in his personal life and somehow he always manages to fit “FUN” into the equation.
Launching many projects in B2B & B2C Commerce (omni-channel or digital) and experienced in Performance Marketing, Adrian co-founded The MasterPlan Agency as an agency that is focused on connecting the business KPIs directly with the advertising campaigns.
Before co-founding The MasterPlan Agency (www.themasterplan.ro), Adrian worked in multiple roles for large brands and businesses and also consultancy for TRADigital campaigns in almost all industries: Financial Services (Banking and Trading), IT&C, Automotive, SaaS, Home & Deco, Consumer Goods, Real Estate, Tourism, Health Services and others.
The MasterPlan Agency has its own philosophy and methodology – it is strongly connecting the business main KPIs (revenue and profit) to all the campaigns and align in a seamless way the actions to give the best results to its partners.
